This power Smoothie is one of my favorite Breakfast staples! It is:
- Fast
- Easy to make with whole ingredients yet still keep the tasty factor, and
- Easy to be an artist in the kitchen by experimenting with flavors and ingredients!
Try this recipe as a delicious treat or meal!
Ingredients
- ½ Cup water (preferably alkaline)
- ½ Cup organic coconut milk
- ¼ Avocado
- ½ Banana
- 1 cup organic greens (spinach, kale, etc.)
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Green Superfood
- 1 Scoop Vegan Protein Powder (I like Vega, BioChem and Garden of Life)
- Optional:
- 1 Handful Frozen or Fresh Berries
- 1 tbs. Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbs. Chia Seeds
- 2 tbs. Nut Butter
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and sip it don’t skip it.
