Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 gluten-free oats
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp stevia
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp Bulletproof Brain Octane MCT Oil
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Insert Muffin lining
- Pour Banana Blueberry Yummy muffin mix into mini or regular muffin pan
- Bake for 8-12min until lightly firm
- Remove Muffins from pan and place on serving plate to cool!
