I live in LA…. I drive…. a lot…
I noticed the other week that when I stop at a light or in traffic, I naturally start stretching (trunk twists, neck rolls, reaching my right arm to the opposite head rest).
So, I immediately called up my friend Emylee Covell, creator of X Flow Fitness, mobility queen extraordinaire! In this 5 minute video, she gives us a head-to-toe mobility routine, all to do in the car!
I call this “mobility for the commuting crossfitter” (or anyone who would like to be distracted from the option of succumbing to road rage ; )
